600PRS Series

Lefiq-600PRS Series (610PRS, 620PRS. 630PRS), Positive Photoresist Stripper

Description:

Lefiq-600PRS Series are pre-mixed combination of two photoresist strippers with a pH close to 14. The effective molecular structure of this product series not only allows stripping the photoresist films, it removes all small trapped particles within the device trenches.

Application:

These photoresist strippers could be used in cleaning of any electronic device where metal lines which are sensitive to pH (such as Aluminum) are absent. They are quite effective in cleaning device trenches.

Cleaning process:

  • Process temperature has to be maintained between 65 to 70 degrees C.
  • Mechanically agitating the cleaning solution or performing the cleaning process within a Sonication system is highly recommended.
  • It must be noted that the effective concentration of these photoresist stripper products increases from Lefiq-610PRS to Lefiq-630PRS.

Lefiq-610PRS (Positive Photoresist Stripper)

Lefiq-610PRS is positive photoresist strippers which present two main properties: First, due to their low pH values, they do not impact any aluminum metal lines.  Secondly, they can operate in a lower temperature environment (lower than 50-degree C).  In addition, this product has good water rinsing characteristics, and are quite effective in cleaning electronic devices. Lefiq-620PRS (Positive Photoresist Stripper)

Lefiq-620PRS is a positive photoresist stripper with very low pH values and therefore has no adverse effects on metal lines. It is quite powerful for cleaning photoresists on top of different metal layers in a low temperature operation process. Lefiq-630PRS (Positive Photoresist Stripper)

Lefiq-630PRS is a positive photoresist stripper product with characteristics similar to Lefiq-620PRS. However, it demonstrates a more powerful cleaning attributes in lower temperatures due to its effective property of swelling and cleaning of soft and thick photoresist films.
