100PRS Series

Lefiq-100PRS Series (110PRS, 120PRS, 130PRS), Positive Photoresist Stripper        

Description:

Lefiq-100PRS Series are standard photoresist stripper products with a pH close to 14.

Application:

These photoresist stripper chemical products are used in cleaning of any electronic device where metal lines which could be sensitive to pH (such as Aluminum) are absent.

Cleaning process:

  • Process temperature has to be maintained between 60 to 70 degrees C.
  • Mechanically agitating of these cleaning solutions or applying sonication system during cleaning process is highly recommended.
  • It must be noted that the effective concentration of these photoresist stripper products increases from Solexir-110PRS to Solexir-130PRS.

Lefiq-100PRS Series are standard photoresist stripper solution with a pH close to 14. These photoresist stripper products are used in cleaning any electronic device where metal lines sensitive to pH 14 are absent.  These products are very easily water rinse-able. The cleaning process takes place in temperature ranges of 60C to 70C.  A cleaning wet bench with agitating capability is highly recommended during the application of these products.

It must be noted that the effective concentration of these photoresist stripper products increase accordingly from Lefiq-100PRS to Lefiq-130PRS. Therefore, the selection of any of these photoresist stripper products depends on the nature of photoresist character while considering its baking temperature and/or its thickness.
