200PRS Series

Lefiq-200PRS Series (210PRS, 220PRS, 230PRS), Positive Photoresist Stripper

Description:

Lefiq-200PRS  series are standard photoresist stripper products with a pH close to 12.

Application:

These photoresist stripper products can be used in cleaning of any electronic device where there might be metal lines sensitive to pH (such as Aluminum).

Cleaning process:

  • Process temperature has to be maintained between 60 to 70 degrees C.
  • Mechanically agitating the cleaning solution or performing the cleaning process within a Sonication system is highly recommended.
  • It must be noted that the effective concentration of these photoresist stripper products increases from Lefiq-210PRS to Lefiq-230PRS.

Lefiq-200 series are positive photoresist strippers with a mild pH.  These positive photoresists chemicals contain some organic compounds which potentially allow cleaning of leftover traces of photoresists.  The effectiveness of removing these organic residues, during the photoresist stripping process, are increased as one moves from Lefiq-210PRS toward Lefiq-230PRS product series.
