500PRS Series

Lefiq-500PRS Series (510PRS, 520PRS, 530PRS), Positive Photoresist Stripper

Description:

Lefiq-500PRS Series are pre-mixed combination of two photoresist stripper chemicals with a pH close to 14. Their properties are similar to Lefiq-300 Series but with different selectivity.

Application:

These photoresist stripper chemical products could be used in cleaning of any electronic device where metal lines which are sensitive to pH (such as Aluminum) are absent. These products are utilized in stripping highly baked photoresist materials, or very thick photoresist films.

Cleaning process:

  • Process temperature has to be maintained between 60 to 70 degrees C.
  • Mechanically agitating the cleaning solution or performing the cleaning process within a Sonication system is highly recommended.
  • It must be noted that the effective concentration of these photoresist stripper products increases from Lefiq-510PRS to Lefiq-530PRS.

Lefiq-510PRS (Positive Photoresist Stripper)

Lefiq-510PRS is a positive photoresist stripper that can be used in cleaning process of electronic devices where aluminum lines are absent. The high pH of this pre-mixed organic solvents create a very effective cleaning power for stripping thick photoresist films. For more information please contact us.

Lefiq-520PRS (Positive Photoresist Stripper)

Lefiq-520PRS photoresist stripper chemical product could be used in cleaning of any electronic devices where metal lines which are sensitive to pH (such as Aluminum) are absent. The high pH of this pre-mixed organic solvents preforms as a strong cleaning solution for stripping thick photoresist films. High solvent ratio characteristics in this photoresist would remove high traces of organic materials during the cleaning process. Lefiq-530PRS (Positive Photoresist Stripper)

Lefiq-530PRS is a positive photoresist stripper similar to Lefiq-520PRS. This photoresist removal product has a higher solvent ratio formulation compared to Lefiq-520PRS. Similarly, Lefiq-530PRS cannot be used in cleaning process of electronic devices which carry Aluminum. Higher pH of this pre-mixed organic solvents compared to Lefiq-520PRS allows stripping of thick photoresist films.Lefiq-530PRS has good water rinsing characteristics and can be used in cleaning temperature of 55 to 65C.
