800PRS Series

Lefiq-800PRS Series, (810PRS, 820PRS, 830PRS), Positive Photoresist Stripper

Description:

Lefiq-800PRS Series are positive photoresist with or without IPA organic solvent. These products have a pH close to 14.

Application:

These photoresist strippers can be used in cleaning of any electronic device and especially suited for optical fabrication process which is sensitive to a change in refractive index.

Cleaning process:

  • Process temperature has to be maintained between 65 to 70 degrees C.
  • Mechanically agitating the cleaning solution or performing the cleaning process within a Sonication system is highly recommended.
  • It must be noted that the effective concentration of these photoresist stripper products increase from Lefiq-810PRS to Lefiq-830PRS.

Lefiq-800PRS Series are positive photoresist strippers which are mostly recommended to be used for removing photoresist layers from optical devices.  Lefiq-800PRS Series are capable of cleaning optical waveguides without impacting their refractive index. The cleaning characteristic of organic residues increases as one moves from Lefiq-810PRS toward Lefiq-830PRS.  The operating temperature for these photoresist strippers ranges from 65 to 70C.  Having an agitating system during cleaning process is highly recommended.
