1000PRS Series

Lefiq-1000PRS Series (1010PRS, 1020PRS, 1030PRS), Positive Photoresist Stripper

Description:

Lefiq-1000PRS Series are positive photoresist chemicals consisting of a special organic solvent and a mixture of different photoresist chemicals with different cleaning selectivity.  Lefiq-1000PRS Series demonstrate high cleaning power and have a pH around 13.

Application:

These photoresist strippers can be used in cleaning of any electronic device and especially suited for optical fabrication process where the manufactured device has lots of trenches. For more information, please contact us.

Cleaning process:

  • Process Temperature has to be maintained between 65 to 70 degrees C.
  • Mechanically agitating the cleaning solution or performing the cleaning process within a Sonication system is highly recommended.
  • It must be noted that the effective concentration of these photoresist stripper products increases from Lefiq-1010PRS to Lefiq-1030PRS.
