Lefiq-1200PRS Series (1210PRS, 1220PRS, 1230PRS), positive photoresist strippers

Description:

Lefiq-1200PRS Series are a pre-mixed combination of a number of positive photoresist strippers, chelating agents and cleaning solvents.

Application:

These photoresist stripper products demonstrate strong cleaning capabilities. They are usually used for cleaning process of electronic devices which require to be free of any traces of heavy metals. For more information, please contact us.

Cleaning process:

  • Process temperature has to be maintained between 65 to 70 degrees C.
  • Mechanically agitating the cleaning solution or performing the cleaning process within a Sonication system is highly recommended.
  • It must be noted that the effective concentration of these photoresist stripper products increases from Lefiq-1210PRS to Lefiq-1230PRS.
