Description:

The SurfPurge 12 is a mixture of different inorganic cleaning solutions.

Application:

SurfPurge 12 applications are mostly related to cleaning metal surfaces as well as for cleaning solar cells during their manufacturing process. This solution is especially effective for removing bonded particles and traces of heavy metals.  It can be used in presence of metal lines such as aluminum.  Another application of SurfPurge 12 is for cleaning NiP surface used in the disk drive technology.  For more information, please contact us.

Cleaning process:

  • Process temperature is about 20 to 25 degrees C.
  • Mechanically agitating the cleaning solution or performing the cleaning process within a Sonication or use of spray system is highly recommended.
