Description:

Lefiq Gold etchant series, Au110A, Au110B and Au110S, are made of iodine complex solutions with different each rates and surface tensions. Due to existence of complex structural layers under Gold thin films for some electronic devices, Lefiq offers its customers case-by-case a customized gold etchant solution.

Application:

Cleaning process:

  • Process temperature is room temperature.
  • Mechanically agitating the cleaning solution by Sonication or use of spray system is highly recommended.
