Lefiq Texturing 4100FN
Description:
The Lefiq Texturing 4100FN is an acidic solution made of several inorganic acids with pH around 2. The texturing process of 4100FN is based on oxidizing and etching process.
Applications:
The main application is to create surface roughness on glass and to minimize light reflection
Process:
1- Rinse glass surface with 0.1% Ammonium Hydroxide to remove all dusts and loose particles.
2- Rinse the surface with Di-water to get rid of excess Ammonium Hydroxide on glass.
3- Expose the glass to to the Solexir Texturing 4100FN for 1 to 2 min.
4- Rinse again the surface of the glass with Di water to get rid of excess texturing solution on glass.
5- Dry the cell to eliminate any possible airborne contamination.
6- The process temperature is the room temperature.
