Lefiq Texturing-4200K
Description:
Lefiq Texturing-4200K is a basic solution, a mixture of inorganic base solutions with pH around 14. The texturing process of 4200K etches the glass surface in a specific silicon crystal orientation. This solution must not be used for texturing of glass surfaces if any layer of metals are exposed at the surface.
Applications:
The main application is to create surface roughness on the glass and to minimize light reflection.
Process:
1- Expose the glass to Solexir Texturing-4200K solution for 1 to 2 min.
2- Rinse the surface of the glass with Di-water to get rid of excess texturing solution on the glass.
3- Dry the cell to eliminate any possible airborne contamination.
4- The process temperature is above 60C
