Lefiq Texturing-4300FO
Description:
Lefiq Texturing-4300FO is a buffered acidic solution, a mixture of inorganic solution and organic acid with pH around 4. This solution is used to etch the surface of very fine devices.
Applications:
The main application of Lefiq Texturing-4300FO is to create surface roughness on fine glass devices and to minimize light reflection.
Process:
1- Rinse the sample with Di-water to get rid of all loose particles.
2- Dry the sample very well before exposing the sample to the Lefiq Texturing-4300FO
3– Expose the glass to to the Lefiq Texturing-4300FO solution for 1 to 2 min.
4- Rinse again the surface of the glass with Di-water to get rid of excess texturing solution on the glass.
5- Dry the cell to eliminate any possible airborne contamination.
6- The process temperature is the room temperature.
