HFE Solvents

Hydrofluoroethers (HFEs) are often viewed as safer and more environmentally friendly alternatives to perfluorocarbons (PFCs) and chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs), used for specific applications in HDD and other electronic device manufacturing processes.

Lefiq has an established track record of providing different HFE products for use in high-end technologies.
