Description:

Lefiq-HFE40 is a very effective solvent for cleaning fine electronic devices, or to clean inside the sputtering chambers, inside the dry etch systems, etc.  This solution causes zero depletion of  Ozone layer, has a low water solubility with a very short atmospheric lifetime. None-flammability with low toxicity of 1900 mg/Kgr in LD50.
