Cassette Cleaners

Lefiq Cassette Cleaner Product (CA7100, CA7200 and CA7300)

Lefiq Cassette Cleaners are made of basic solutions with a very mild pH.  Most contaminations on the wafers/disk holders or cassettes are particles which are electrostatically sticked  to the surface of cassettes. Usually such particles could be observed under the light.  Other type of contaminants on the wafers/disk holders and cassettes are fingerprints or oil contaminations.

Lefiq-7000 basic series with  a mild pH, are capable of  cleaning all oil or grease as well as particles from wafer/disk holders before final packaging.
