Lefiq Copper etchant series, Cu110A, Cu110B and Cu110S, are made of mixture of acidic solutions with different each rates and surface tensions. Due to existence of complex structural layers under Copper thin films for some electronic devices, Lefiq offers its customers case-by-case a customized Copper etchant solution.
Application:

Cleaning process:
- Process temperature is about room temperature.
- Mechanically agitating the cleaning solution by Sonication or use of spray system is highly recommended.
