Nickel Etchant Series

Nickel Etchant Series (Ni110A, Ni110B and Ni110S):

Description:

Lefiq Nickel etchant series, Ni110A, Ni110B and Ni110S, are acidic solutions with different etch rates and surface tensions. Due to existence of complex structural layers under Nickel thin films for some electronic devices, Solexir offers its customers (case-by-case), a customized Nickel etchant solution.

Application:

Majority of Lefiq Nickel etchant applications are for devices which have metal layers that display chemical characteristics similar to that of  Nickel.  For more information, please contact us.

Cleaning process:

  • Process Temperature is about 30 to 35 degrees C.
  • Mechanically agitating the cleaning solution by Sonication or use of spray system is highly recommended.
