Solar-5200

Lefiq Solar-5200 is a basic solution with pH around 9 to 12. This solution can remove all sub-micron particles after fabrication of solar cells.

Application:

This solution must be used after solar cells are fabricated, and thus it has no impact on electrical connections.

1- Rinse your sample with Di-water to get rid of all loose particles.

2- Expose your sample to Solar-5200 for 1 min.

3- Process temperature is the room temperature

4- Rinse once again your sample with Di-water

5- Immediately dry your sample to eliminate any possible airborne contamination.
