Tantalum Etchant Solutions (Ta110A, Ta110B and Ta110S):

Description:

Lefiq Tantalum etchant series, Ta110A, Ta110B and Ta110S, are made of oxidizing solutions which easily creates free oxygen radicals during cleaning process. Due to existence of complex structural layers under Tantalum thin films for some electronic devices, Lefiq offers its customers case-by-case customized Tantalum etchant solution.

Application:

Majority of Lefiq Tantalum etchant applications are for devices which have metal layers that display chemical characteristics similar to that of  Tantalum. For more information, please contact us.

Cleaning process:

  • Process temperature is about 30 degrees C.
  • Mechanically agitating the cleaning solution by Sonication or use of spray system is highly recommended.
